India-Bhutan Friendship Scholarship – IIT Kanpur

IIT Kanpur launched its India-Bhutan Friendship Scholarship on the occasion of the 40^th birth anniversary of His Majesty The King of Bhutan on 21 February 2020. Under this Scholarship, three Bhutanese students can pursue M. Tech programmes at the premier Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. For admissions under this Scholarship Scheme, the Bhutanese applicants are exempt from appearing in India's Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering (GATE).
