Press Release: Special Puja, Prayers and Offering at the Lhakhang, India House coinciding with Parinirvana

            In partnership with the Central Monastic Body of Bhutan, the Embassy of India, Thimphu will be organizing a Puja ceremony at the Lhakhang, India House Estate on the occasion of Duechen Nga Zom or Lord Buddha’s Parinirvana on 26 May 2021. His Eminence, the revered Laytshog Lopon Sangay Dorji will lead a group of monks who will pray for the health and well-being of the people of Bhutan and India, reciting the Buddha sutra on this day.
